General Admission

ADD ONS

The tickets to Oceansation Festival are divided into General Admission and Add-Ons.
General Admission ticket is compulsory for all festivalgoers.
The rest are add-ons with choices of the tent, snorkeling trip, and bus service from KL – Kuala Besut Jetty.

 

GENERAL ADMISSION

The ticket of general admission includes:

  • 3 days and 2 nights campground permit
  • Round trip boat transfer from Kuala Besut Jetty to Perhentian Island
  • All meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Total meals for the whole festival are 7 meals
  • Marine Park fee
  • Entry to all Oceansation Festival and entertainment at the beach
  • Get a free Oceansation Festival t-shirt

 

ADD-ONS

 

Tent Sharing

Rental is for the whole event. The tent will be shared with other participants. For privacy and comfort, bring your own tent. We have allocated four (4) or fewer campers for a tent to be shared with. For security reasons, males will be paired with males and females with females.

Tent Special

Choose this add-on if you want to get the whole tent for yourself. You can share this tent with your partner or some of your friends (up to a total of four (4) person per tent only).

Snorkeling Adventure Boat Trip

The Perhentian Island and Teluk Keke itself are blessed with an amazing house reef lying within wading distance just off the beach. We have one snorkeling trip in our add-on package, which will visit four (4) snorkeling sites around the island. For those who don’t fancy boat snorkeling, the house reef near the festival area is also perfect to explore and leisure. All snorkeling equipment will be provided on the snorkeling boat trip only.

Where is my ticket?

Upon purchasing your ticket, please keep a hard copy of your purchase. Your ticket should have the details of your booking such as your name, ID number, and the list of add-ons. You will be required to present your ticket during registration.

Always remember that your ticket is valuable, please keep it in a safe place, do not lose it, do not tamper with it and do not forget it when you are leaving home for the festival.

 

Wristband Information

All Campers will get the festival wristband on-site at the Check-In Table.

You must be wearing a wristband to gain entry to the Oceansation Festival venue starting on Saturday, April 29th. You will only receive ONE wristband and you must wear it for the duration of the festival.

Registration / Main Check-In Entrance is at Kuala Besut Jetty (the main jetty to Perhentian Island). Check-in Table is open on April 29th, 06:00 am and will close at 10:00 am

Come early in the morning. Avoid long lines on opening day and get your wristband early!

 

Are there any age limits?

Oceansation Festival is strictly an 18-year-old and above event. Participants will be required to present an ID at the Check-In Table before getting your wristband.

 

Are the tickets refundable?

Sorry, all tickets are non-refundable. However, you are advised to inform us of any cancellation so we won’t have to bug you during the event day.

 

Are the tickets transferrable?

Sorry, all tickets are not transferrable.

 

I just purchased the tent rental option. How is the distribution of tents like?

We will allocate four (4) or fewer campers for a tent to be shared with. For security reasons, males will be paired with males and females with females.

Tents grouping will be made at the Check-In Table near the jetty on April 29th, 2017 morning.

If you are planning to stay with your own party, we recommend you to purchase the Tent Special option.
